He defeated Joshua, Dubois and Fury psychologically, that’s part of the reason they couldn’t force their physical dominance. Of course skillset comes into it but mentally he made them all fragile and too scared to take the necessary risks needed to hurt and bully him to make up for their shortfall in skillset.

Get usyk in Wembley vs Dubois and I think Dubois will give him a war, not enough props given to Dubois basically fighting him in his own backyard and not in a great run, now he has some solid wins on his record and if he beats Parker in good style that's the fight for me!

@@redblacktichy7713 Comparing Usyk to Klitschko is like comparing Appels to Oranges, other than that they are both Ukrainians the similarities stop immediately after that, usyk was always going to be faster and a better mover than fury, a guy that weights 260 or 270 is not going to move better and be more slick and skilled than an elite guy at cruiserweight,
fury moved well for his size against another big guy in Klitschko who was bamboozled and a very straightforward opponent and Klitschko was past his best when he fought both fury and AJ. He was still good but definitely not in his prime anymore, also putting younger fury it is not really fair either,
by that logic, we will have to put in a younger usyk in order to be fair, and even then fury did not give Klitschko his rematch and did not matte what peapol argue it is not a good look for a champion to refuse another great a rematch, what we do know is that fury and usyk fought one another and usyk won twice, if fury hade more to give it was upp to him to do that not usyk, and usyk is older than fury as well i just don't buy it, a younger fury might do better but we can argue the same for a younger usyk, no realistic version of a usyk and fury fight is going to have fury be capable of outboxing usyk for the majority of 12 rounds, usyk is objectively the better boxer of the two,
having had way more amateur fights and having fought better opposition, fury is a good boxer for his size yes, but he still rely a lot on his size, and an usyk would force fury to work constantly even the Klitschko version would have to fight at a pace fury is not use to unless the Klitschko version could take control of the pace of the fight and that would requirer it to deter usyk and you do not do that by simply boxing him and trying to out jab him, that is usyk bread and butter you have to stick somthing on him and that is not how fury fought Klitschko
what works for Klitschko does not work for usyk, it is way easier to look fast and slick against a big guy who is past his best compared to an all-time great cruiserweight with advanced footwork, it a completely different world of ability, and fury younger or older has always struggled against smaller guys even getting dropped by them, it just to mutch speculation to relly be grounded in anything

Duke is talking absolute nonsense. WBA champ Nicola Valuev was 7 stone heavier than David Haye when they fought, yet Valuev was no where near getting a stoppage - despite the massive weight 'advantage' - and Valuev actually lost on points to Haye by a similar margin to how Fury lost to Usyk. Duke's criticism of Fury is also unfair.........Fury vs Usyk 2 was a draw for me, very close definitely.

  • @andrewskidmore9955

Fury tried to smash Usyk but here's the problem.Usyk isn't Wilder.Fury tried to lean on Usyk to get him tired first so he could set him up for the ko in the later rounds .Usyk was having none of that.Used his foot work to step off or spin Fury every time he tried it.Then Fury realised he was better off being lighter on his feet.Problem was he came in 4st heavier and tried to be light on his feet after the 3rd round.Fury's punches looked sloppy and Fury normally throws good technical hard punches(Uppercuts in the first fight would be my example).Imo if Fury came in lighter, maybe around 18st and used his footwork speed and timing he would of had a better result.
