There's a point, way out, past the present tense Where our weeks away make a lot less sense But for now, we work with our time apart With a tired mind, with a hungry heart [Chorus] For when your wheels roll home When your wheels roll home When your wheels roll home No more you roam [Verse 2] Don’t go before you leave Every second we got, we gotta make believe That you’ll be right back like you never left Like you mailеd yourself to your return address In a sеlf-stamped envelope You’ll revolve ‘round the globe [Chorus] But when your wheels roll home When your wheels roll home When your wheels roll home No more you roam When your wheels roll home When your wheels roll home When your wheels roll home No more you roam When your wheels roll home When your wheels roll home When your wheels roll home No more you roam When your wheels roll home When your wheels roll home When your wheels roll home No more you roam
You guys changed my life for the better, you gave me an album that become one I analyzed contastly and I found comfort in in my darknesses. Thank you, music video is great also!
Love this! I've been waiting to see if you would release new music. And Peter's voice seems as good as ever, even more expressive than on the solo record. I know we won't get the intense noise of hospice again, but would love to see some trumpet again like in familiars, it adds so much to your sound
I know going through their discography is like going through a singular dudes life through trials and tribulations and with last album of Familiars and these new releases, it really sounds like the main character has finally gotten in a spot of his life that seems pretty okay compared to where he was in Hospice or Burst Apart.
I really adore the Antlers, but this new stuff lacks the tight production and the impact I have come to love. It’s fine, but it kinda sounds like the music you hear in car-commercials to me. Just my opinion!
Just out of interest, which album of the antlers are you comparing it to? Because for me this reminds me of familiars (even more so for 'it is what it is' because of the brass instruments). It's very different to hospice but I don't think Peter could put himself through an album like that again, and he doesn't have those emotions now. From one Antlers fan to another
Lol it just sounds like familiars. Which was definitely car commercial music but it still slapped. Tight production?? When? Lmao? (Aside from familiars)
Can’t even describe how happy I am that these guys are back to making music together!
One of the best bands in the world rn
So thankful so have new Antlers to listen to!!
oh man I was just wishing for more Antlers in my life
There's a point, way out, past the present tense
Where our weeks away make a lot less sense
But for now, we work with our time apart
With a tired mind, with a hungry heart
[Chorus]
For when your wheels roll home
When your wheels roll home
When your wheels roll home
No more you roam
[Verse 2]
Don’t go before you leave
Every second we got, we gotta make believe
That you’ll be right back like you never left
Like you mailеd yourself to your return address
In a sеlf-stamped envelope
You’ll revolve ‘round the globe
[Chorus]
But when your wheels roll home
When your wheels roll home
When your wheels roll home
No more you roam
When your wheels roll home
When your wheels roll home
When your wheels roll home
No more you roam
When your wheels roll home
When your wheels roll home
When your wheels roll home
No more you roam
When your wheels roll home
When your wheels roll home
When your wheels roll home
No more you roam

I loved hospice from the antlers.
Best news of the year! Thanks kiddos!
been waiting for this for so long. Loved peters last solo record.
br? ❤ eu amo um álbum deles, o hospice
Burst apart é sensacional
Loving the direction and cinematography. Suits the song really well.
Ansioso, adoraria escutar as novas obras primas do The Antlers, sobretudo os arranjos com o trompete
Aquela parte da música Sylvia no álbum Hospice tem um pedaço tão gostosinho com trompete né
