    Great adventure
Sam here’s how to grow your channel in my opinion
There were three big cities on this trip that were wonderful. You should visit each one again. Before going. Contact a real estate agent to show you around. Lastly. You should talk to a Thai lawyer regarding the leasing of land. That’s a subject no one has really covered. Also on having a tiny home built on site for 8 k. Many people would be interested in this information. Especially a cities with around 60k people. You need to also interview expats in each city. Talk about their life and budget

Thank you so much for the suggestions Phillip. I will definitely look into them.
I will be visiting 2 big cities (Khon Kaen, and Udon Thani) again this month, hopefully.
Real estate agents don’t usually let people upload videos on youtube. Already contacted many in Korat. Everyone was reluctant.
I will get in touch with a Thai lawyer regarding leasing of land.
I will see about Tiny home built on site.
Usually expats who have been living over here for a long time don’t like to mingle with other expats if they are not friends, due to past bad experiences as one expats is often looking to scam another one out. Expats scam expats over here. So, expats who are over here for a longer duration keep it to themselves. So, yes there are some issues like that. I try to initiate conversations with expats while traveling, but most like to keep it to themselves. I will try harder, and if someone agrees to be on camera, I will take an interview or a few.
I will look into your suggestions, and will try to get as many videos as I could on them. I will be traveling to Bangkok, and Hua Hin in a few days too, hopefully.

@@annandsaminthailand Let me tell you why Expats don’t want to talk to a TH-camr. They don’t want their paradise spoiled like other cities in Thailand. They want friends. But you aren’t considered a friend. A TH-camr is the enemy. The real estate agents. Don’t tell them about your channel. Tell them you are trying to relocate. You arrive and tell them you need video information for your wife. Thats how many are getting their videos. Condos or big housing projects will welcome you with open arms Lastly on the e scooters. What’s the distance. Are the batteries removal? I would think so to avoid theft and a charging station. I like them. More research on speed and distance please.

Agree with your points Phillip. Most expats don't want to ruin their cities with more expats. Right, I will try to get some videos of Condos, and houses. And about Lawyers. I have already contacted a big law firm over here, but the owner of the firm and the lawyer is in Pattaya. So, I will get an interview when I got to Pattaya.
For electric scooters. The basic ones with 20-30 kmph speed, and 20-30km range start with 6500 baht. The best ones can start from 40,000 baht, and can have a range of upto 100km, with speed upto 60 kmph.
I have ridden an electric one which costed 50,000 baht. Didn't like the slow speed. In Thai cities you need scooter that can pickup fast. But I will look more into it, and try to find more information on them.

Thanks again As wondering - as an Expat - what’s the best recommendations for staying entertained for free. I know a lot go hiking around their home or walking the city. Visiting a mall and reading a book is another idea - but the temptation to spend money might be too much. Thoughts?

Hello Jeff. So, there are many things to do for free. Like there are many municipalities gyms that are usually free over here in Thailand. A person can volunteer as a teacher or a farmer, or any other type of volunteer.
Not many temptations if you live in small towns or cities.
