I can definitely relate to the part you spoke about sharing your ideas with family/others in your life who don’t share the same excitement who ultimately plant seeds of doubt in you. Some people have difficulty being happy for you due to the unhappiness in their own lives. I’ve learned my lesson that it’s ultimately in my best interest not to offer those unsupportive people the opportunity to have an opinion on my life choices or have any influence on my decisions.

I always take decaf. usualy after eating. The taste helps me digest and I dont think it matches with any energising idea. Either way, the normal high putch version is there, to party with. It is the same with green and black tea.

I believe that you cannot share too much with people because you just do not know what people really feel. people themselves might not be aware themselves. Sometimes feelings happen unconsciously. You might not always be conscious that you are acting envious, or feeling like you want congratulate but deep down it’s out of spite.
With so much uncertainty about people’s feelings and honest intentions, it is better to just stay to yourself. Celebrate yourself.
