What I realized in my 30s is that no one really has the answers. Everyone is just doing the best they know how to do for the most part. Also, the importance of listening to your intuition. If there's any hesitation about something, you need to listen to that and don't overlook red flags.

Love this! I love my 30s. I learned boundaries and putting my husband and children first. This is hard to do coming from a huge Mexican family who has always taught me blood is thicker than water. But if the people who are blood related continue to hurt me than they shouldn't hold a close space in my life. I loved what you said about forgiving people without even ever having a conversation with them 🙌🏽

The biggest things I have learned so far in my 30s is when I do not uphold my own boundaries, Im disrespecting myself.
And also, as cliche as it sounds, to choose your battles. Not all battles are for you and not all situations deserve a big response. Silence and walking away also speaks volumes.
Also, giving away the responsibility of holding the weight of other peoples opinions. What they think of me, often isn't my problem or my business unless I make it so.

I just turned 30, and am in a season of solitude, and being present.... and I am in the process of forgiving those who aren't sorry and even myself for my part in relationships, just setting myself free from past trauma, guilt, and analyzing the relationships and life that I want. I appreciate the transparency because I can relate a lot to all you've said, thank you. God has given me a lot of full circle moments through my child, and also allowing me to see His love for me amidst all that I've gone through. 🧡

How can someone you’ve never met in your life feel like the only person that understands me? My childhood and upbringing was very similar. You have always been someone I have related to. Hoping that one day I can find happiness and enlightenment. Thank you for all you do.

I’m rewatching this again - you’ve grown so much! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I’m 32 and I’ve learned to let go of my detailed plans and started embracing the unimaginable horizons - all of the people, places and experiences I can’t even begin to imagine brings me so much joy. I’ve always been a planner and Life has blessed me with so much but nothing came to me the way I thought it would, it always happened way better than what my mind could comprehend!
Also, embracing the experiences my creative soul truly desires. I’ve always felt so ashamed for not being drawn to being a doctor or a nurse or anything with a serious title. I’ve always felt so alive when having the deep conversations and connecting with like minded people via traveling. It’s something I long for but always felt like it was less than because it’s not “serious” This year, I’m embracing all of it, all of who I long to be!

I went through my spiritual awakening in 2020. It was so surreal, and I isolated and blossomed. Learned so much about myself. In 2021 I got a job and developed back problems. All of my routines and mindset went out the window since, and im trying to get back because those days of meditation, clarity, creativity, and gratitude… I long for them so much. I want to always live in that state of being… but life makes it so hard. Thank you for the doses of inspiration. I love seeing you thrive and learn more and more.

I’ve learned a lot of the things you talked about in your videos. But I think the most important one for me in my 30’s would be to love and approve of myself exactly as I am, and not looking outside of myself for love or approval of others. I realized how much worth i have! I can depend on me and be self reliant! That was a big one for me.. still practicing it from time to time! Because sometimes I still forget.

That's exactly how I grew up. Always looking for love everywhere else especially boys. My parents didn't really teach me much. They were always strict and only talked about what not to do and God. Other than that they didn't try.....but man do they regret it at least. We're ok but it definitely affected everything. Glad to see where you are. Hope to get there too one day. Thank you 😊 💓

Thanks for sharing! I’m 20 and this is so applicable to my life.💕 I absolutely love hearing how you talk about your bond with your husband. As someone who has never been in a relationship, it’s really refreshing to hear about you having deep convos and just enjoying each other’s presence without making it romantic or having to put work into it (if you get what I mean). Something that I don’t really hear couples talk about. Would love to see a husband tag btw! ❤️

Gosh, I resígnate with everything you say. I’m about to turn 30 in a few weeks. And the past year, I’ve felt I don’t want to hang out with ppl that don’t bring me purpose. This includes family unfortunately. I don’t have time for none-sense or chismes. I’ve been training for the Chicago Marathon since June and let me tell you the ppl I’m training with are some of the most warm, genuine and driven I’ve ever meet. Como dicen “dime con quien te juntas y te dire quien eres!” I’ve noticed in the Latino community - when you isolate to focus on a personal goal - no te bajan de creída 🤔
All I know, is that I want to do amazing things to show my daughter Victoria - that their is no limit to what she can do. The world is her oyster.
I’m loving your content right now - no me hace sentir tan sola ❤️

When you said "I want my body to look a certain way, so if I look in the mirror and I see results that I'm not happy with, it's just the reflection of the effort that I'm putting in the kitchen and workouts." I was like 😶‍🌫 YES, boss! 😂 This is a really though part for me to work on trying to recover from long covid, but still feeling like I'm not really improving and then I'm like, but am I really putting all that effort into strengthening my body? Am I?

The fact she was able to still have kids with those child hood traumas is very impressive! Most women stay in that child like mindset until about upper 30s and date younger men and end up looking like clowns in there 40s lol but she seems like she has her mental health on track.....good for her!
