The point is to decive your opponent about your actual range. Especially if using weapons with some surprising long range, obviously. Might surprise guys a lot, at least once. If you make it count, that is. Would love to see that in action. For science ! Also, now I get it. Yah, not seeing the point is the point here XD

If you’ve read Berserk you’d recognize it as well. They’re real weapons but I don’t believe they were practical enough to be used in actual warfare.

To be fair, I’m enjoying the quality of opponents in the duels now. I bet chase is regretting leaving the St Trina torch til last…
That said, the invasions are generally more interesting.
@@kiltysalter2966 yea i like duels its just a lil boring for me cuz chase is too good for most ppl he duels. But 3v1 is more fair and interesting most of the time involving chase😅😆
True, I rarely lose duels but I get wrecked in every 3v1 situation unless I get lucky. Even against noobs, the difficulty of invasions can't be understated, Chase is just really really good

I find it so incredible the amount of times you hit or don’t get hit in this game. It’s like you know exactly where the hit box is and the game just allows you to get those hits.
Not to mention he seems to know based on connection speeds and latency etc 🤯

Chase has so much experience in this, his ds3 invasions were top notch. Still great but in ds3 he was the best against gank squads

I do enjoy them! I have done this series for ds3 as well and it honestly helps me improve greatly. I get to learn the ins and outs of all the different weapons so its great pvp experience

Dude I really love watching your videos Do you think after you're done showcasing every weapon. You could do a series of builds you would use, like all madness build or all blood, frost, poison, etc? With your skill I wanna see how you would build around a certain theme.
I wanna see silly challenge builds once the showcases are done, I have a firm belief that Fromsoft are waiting for Chase to finish this series before announcing DLC.

It's actually not too bad. Solid damage, good range, chip damage and the ash of war can work as a sort of rollcatch and is great when fighting multiple opponents

You’ve got a few knives, all the flails, and a whole bunch of hammers to go. You should probably do the two gun shields as well. My vote goes to the Miquellan knight sword for priority.
I have been landing ravioli back stabs here and there w the twinblade… one nasty im trying to repeat is against the gs 2h r1… i did it one time lol Also ive been playing w the backstep to evade thrusting techs and what not to follow up w the back step twinblade attack cause it has quick recovery… been enjoying it… using that gargoyle frost infused on a 138 build w 70 str 25 int (w stargazer tali)… its a fun build and gravity fans scale well, mixed w hoarfrost, and some other stuff for proccing w twinblade. Got a beast jaw quik swap for finish sometimes, royal gs anime for 3v3 arena… vagabond start… i think you’d enjoy… give a str/int a try… worse case scenario u got strength cause on the 70 investment and get 80 from physiq so the build will smack either way. BlackSheepDeity is build name in arena if u see me around can share more info if need… but yea give a shot.

I feel like the slowness of the ash is to make you use its range, because who would expect that you're gonna do the flowing ash when it looks like an R2 or sumn yk

Recently i found out that you can backflip with any curved sword by holding charged attack and pressing dodge while it is charging

If you're so slow to react you let a guy kneel down for three seconds it's on you
depends on what you mean by thoughts. erdtree heal is pretty good

How come you do duels and invasions at 137.and. It 125 or 150

You can match make with both metas at 137.
