Ever since watching Kickassia, I always thought Baugh is just doing it for fun, but no...he’s actually taking it seriously...he actually believes that it’s a separate country even though it’s a small town located in Nevada.

Difference is they are legit and recognized by the United States government. This place is just some land that guy bought in Nevada. He is still subject to Nevada state laws and US federal laws.
