Surprised he didn't ride in SA, but let Luis Saez come away with the Int'l Jockey's Challenge hardware. 😉Irad-the-Peripatetic, will ride any horse, anywhere, anytime. Doesn't matter if it's low $ Claiming, or high $ Stakes, he seems just as intent in every run. Seems odd that the Stewards would veer from their MO, and DQ Jose Gomez in the Gander. It's as if he's being punished for what was a skilled ride... or, is the DQ actually for the trainer, signalling "more work on lead change is required?" Do they typically reveal their criteria with DQs, in some official way that can be referenced? Because there's 'light hands' on the NYRA crew, you all can often be even more entertaining than the runners... 😘 And, since all of you have a different perspective, your show is always informative, and never boring... unless Andy goes down a math hole 😂; though, Wolf's skill at drolly 'herding cats' is a sizeable part of the fun!
