Good evening to you PB. There really was wasn't there and thanks so much for your very kind super chat to support the channel😀👍. I do love both of those UA 757's with the New York and California special liveries. Proper gems as was that RAF Dassault Falcon 900LX🤣. When I was taking the stream to bits I got talking to an off duty easyJet pilot who mentioned another Dassault tri jet (Falcon 8X) that had arrived whilst I was taking down. I was so in my own world that I hadn't even been aware of its landing (the Mother of all telescopes you could say in retrospect🤣). Anyway the pilot wondered if this was Max Verstappen's personal plane due to the similarity in paint jobs. Not dissimilar - the EDI plane LX-LXL and Max's being PH-DTF (a Falcon 900EX). Check them out for contrast! Different but you can see why the interest initially arose! Take care Mark
@@PlaneSailingAviation Ah I love the dassaults mark. They are mostly military, but I'm seeing quite a lot of business ones in the skies these days. All the best Mark. Your a good decent soul. You really are.
Good morning PB, I'm with you on that. Just love the tri jets in particular and the RAF 900LX we saw really did ice my cake on Sunday. Thanks for your very kind words my friend. Have a good day. Cheers Mark
Hi Jeb - really hope you enjoy it. Most definitely a treat - looks like you might do well with the weather too. Consecutive days in Edinburgh with the distance to travel is a bit of a reach for me really, especially with other stuff I need to do, but I would liked to have seen it. Catch you soon I hope👍. Cheers Mark
@PlaneSailingAviation just landed now, my camera broke😭 wind blew it over and the lens isn't focusing. Great views anyway and there are some great arrivals and departures to see now. Hopefully see you sometime here!
Evening Les, yep - I'll be double sad when we lose these, both for the livery and the type! Still got to enjoy them while we have them don't we. The A340 being a similar case in point - would have loved to spot that but just didn't have the mojo for consecutive trips up and down the A1. Hope you enjoyed it. Guessing you have seen that there is a NATO A330 MRTT in tomorrow. Another great catch to be had. Sadly I have a boiler engineer in tomorrow. Catch you soon😀👍 Cheers Mark
@@PlaneSailingAviation morning Mark just waiting for the 330 to arrive sorry to rub it in 😂By the way Lloyd took a tumble on Almondbank at the weekend and broke his left arm . Will be a shame when the 757s go
Hi Les, rubbing in cheerfully accepted😂. Thanks for the heads up re Lloyd. With the recent troubles I have had with staying in the chat I missed that. Have been reviewing the stream this afternoon and spotted Lloyd's comment about how/where he broke his arm. Terrible bad luck wasn't it. Yes I'll be gutted when we lose the 757's - have UA given any indication of timeline? I understand Airbus are a bit behind with their deliveries so perhaps that will help a bit. Catch you soon Mark
@@lesdonaldson520 Hi Les. I was wondering what happened to Ken, as I'd never seen him on the streams.ken Allaway isn't it.. Has he fallen out with folks on the channel or something.
Ah, that was what was puzzling me when I looked up the FR24 listing - I was trying to figure what would have brought that flight to EDI. Thanks mate. One mystery solved😀👍.
There was some lovely looking aircraft on the show yesterday at Edinburgh

Just awesome👌
Hi Rab was speaking to Ken this morning on a stream 👍👍
@@lesdonaldson520 Good to hear Les, I guess he isn't coming back to PSA then! Nick said he spoke with him on another stream also...
Thanks Rab - seemed worth sharing the arrival clip more widely. Glad you enjoyed it.😀👍 Cheers Mark

Edinburgh Rugby charter. Slight delay I think. Didn't realise how long the flight was from Durban to EDI!
