Bro,my hcl pc is not starting at all,once there was a high voltage current passed so my pc started starting and stopping itself then I took a look into SMPS the some transistors and some capacitors were damaged so I took new SMPS and gave connection motherboard then I saw in front panel red light is on,and not starting ,green light is on in motherboard
