In order to discharge the water on the road, gutters need to be made in the area where it is cleaned and in similar places.
what a stupid thing to do. building a new road without a proper draining system for all the rain water.
Why you didn't search the place, where the water glows into the road and fix this so it wouldn't leave the river.
