    So you're saying the price online if it says 496k that's just for the home but not the lot, the minimum lot is 38k added? so = 534k for a base home no upgrades smallest size lot?

    What is the special tax by the builder that the owner needs to pay? and how long?

    Good to see there’s no more waiting list - that process genuinely sucked. They’re still priced below other builders though so hopefully some demand is still there

      Yes I agree. Their starting prices are much lower then others.

    Or is it a situation where the prices they advertise have an base lot included in the price? 496k includes a base lot of 38k?

      Hello, and thank you for watching. The prices where it states starting from and then it has a price. Those are likely the base price for the homes that don’t include the lot.
