Because when its off and you press the stand tackle button depending on situations the AI will decide to either seal out or tackle (on tactical def) BUT on advanced defending when pressing tackle button u will ONLY tackle and will have to press something else to seal out out. Thats why their is a difference when having on or off or either or selected .
Yes when having Advanced defending on u need to press A or X to perform a seal out/shoulder challenge... however in tactical the B or O (circle) button will let the AI choose to either seal out or tackle and AI usually is right. On advanced u the person gotta make the decision and then press a diff button. I personally prefer tactical ovvy is right 👍
are there any settings in the game that cause delay that i should not have on ? i have been having crazy delay recently and its not my internet or controller

You're absolutely right about the tele broadcasting. My gameplay is much better with these camera's.
I score long shots pretty consistently with precision shooting on.
