Based on wave 2s trailer with the ice-cream one also not having the label and it saying it would be coming to tour later, I think this was meant for 8 deluxe first, but covid messed up the order

I'm beginning to realize that the "Tour" label is for city-themed courses, and not courses like these -(although the website does have "Tour" labeled for this course)- *(not anymore as of 11/21/2022)* because that's what "Tour" really is anyway. In my opinion, it makes sense to not label this as "Tour".

@@Mr.Face222 all the tour labelled tracks are from tour. The two non Tour labelled tracks (the ice-cream one and ninja hideaway), were potentially meant for 8 deluxe first. Notice how the trailer for the icecream one specifically states at the bottom it will be added to tour later on, meaning it was clearly made for 8 deluxe first, because it came to tour after.
Like I said above, I think the same was meant to happen for NH, that being meant for 8 deluxe first, but plans for the order were clearly messed up, likely covid. Covid hit much worse in Japan due to how they work.

@@harrybest2041 It still is from Tour regardless of whether it is an official game or not, the other tour tracks are labeled as tour tracks too. Nintendo forgot it OR they‘re just scumbags who want to make the course look original and not like a port from a mobile game with some simple adjustments and shortcut additions

ok maybe it's cuz i first saw this track during a dark time of my life, but me and it, don't click, i love all the other courses like sky high sundae, merry mountain, yoshi's island and squeaky clean sprint, but this one doesn't do it for me, i don't know why
