@@southjerseysound7340 hihihi you should check the Serbian swearing out. They are artists! I had a honest intention to do a video tutorial, but my son's having some health issues and i will not have time to make them. Sorry guys:(

@@sanches2 I'm sorry to hear about your son. As for Serbian, I agree. But Serbian and Bulgarian are very close. The same goes for Macedonian ,I had a Macedonian roommate when I lived in Sofia and she had no choice and she said they were very close and when I was in Serbia I was able to talk to people just fine with the little Bulgarian I could speak. I'm probably going to get cursed to hell for saying this. But they're so close they could easily be considered different dialects...... Although they also have their differences too.
On a different note Serbia is a amazing place to visit full of great people. I'm a little biased towards BG with it's Beaches, mountains and amazing history. But if you're in the region I'd highly recommend at least going to Belgrade. They've got a amazing military museum that's worth the trip from Sofia ; -)

when i was in 1st year of tech. high school (21yrs ago) 0we had to do 6hrs of factory metal working practice each week. We had to load the cnc machines with the bodies of these locks, file down all burrs etc. Really borring stuff. The factory is located in my hometown Stara Zagora, Bulgaria. Can't believe this same model is still in production. But i'm glad i saw something from my hometown here, even if it failed:) Thanks, Bill

your joy, was honestly the BEST part. I had the exact same thought as you showed the key and keyway - sigh, that looks like a major pain trying to work individually at 14 pins, all on 1 side. Then that rake and Bam - I giggled out loud! Well done! You never cease to amaze!

I have the Multi Lock version of this padlock which is pin in pin. I have never picked it but I have yet to conquer any dimple lock, even the most simple locks. Great info on how to attack them Bill, but mine won't be getting attacked any time soon as I lost ,my brand new Sparrows dimple picks during moving house, along with other lock and non lock related items. I have to say about them, that the input Lock Picking Lawyer gave to Sparrows in order to help them make a good dimple pick was really helpful ( I have not come across a video you may have done, if any so apologies for not giving credit if it is due). I am useless at dimple locks at the moment but felt like I was getting somewhere the 3 or 4 times I got to use them. Really informative video Bill, keep them coming.

I would love to put this back together. Assuming all the pins are kept in order. Seems it's a matter of putting in the casing, inserting the 4 and 5 pins through the long slot on each side then sliding the shell home to replace the 1-3 pins next. Only tricky part would be pushing down all the springs before rotating the shell.

🥳 I just found my dremel I couldn't find for like 3 months and made 2 picks... I tried the new take I just made on a lock I can open but takes me a while. I just started picking about a mon th h ago and it's a defiant with at least 2 spools and I watched you pop that lock open and had LITERALLY just finished a snake type rake with like 3 or 4 depending how you look at it up and down humps that are elongated about 2 times as much as a store bought snake.. anyway I put some tension and stuck the new rake in and POP! LITERALLY DIDN'T EVEN GET STARTED RAKING YET!! lol that's crazy! Actually one of if not my favorite takes is another snake I made it was the 1st pick I ever had/made its elongated as well but not as much as this one... I've made them all out of windshield wiper blades... just had to share cuz we both got a totally unexpected open you with a new lock me with a new pick that we both just got/made!

Jacob, a picture of a stuck key really won't help things. The missing info concerned things like "have you disassembled the lock before?", and "have you tried picking it while in the door?" - things like that. Regardless of HOW it happened, if lubing and jiggling cannot remove the key, then something is clearly wrong. If you can remove the lock from the door, take it to a locksmith and perhaps they can troubleshoot it. It is a fairly rare lock and out-of-manufacture, so finding repair parts is unlikely. Sorry for the bad news.

But if they have a size smaller I think it would be worth it for you to take a look at them. I think they were fairly cheep. I have made all of my picks.
