I love this routine because it's challenging as well as easy to remember (and the music is great too). Thank you, Alex! Would you recommend this as an everyday workout for people with PD or would it be better to alternate it with other types of exercises (or does this routine cover pretty much everything we need)?
Can I do these exercises every day I love it and it’s a challenge for me! Or is it better to do a combination with your other sessions.you are great I just found you you give me strength to continue.I am 53 years old and I was diagnosed with Pd at 49... I was very fit I couldn’t believe it or honestly couldn’t accept it. My changes in my body the slower movements ect is so irritating I get angry but I have no choice then to accept it. I will follow you always love your exercise sessions. Hope to hear from you soon.
When you do these exercises are you on your medication. Are you able to do these exercises not any medications, like the time after waking up in the morning. Thank you
