I'm pretty sure this was recorded live and the take for the recording is the one with the cam on the lead guitar and all the closeups. They'd have done another take for all the long shots that would have been fowled with the close up cams; it's really hard to spot, but there are a couple of places in the long shots where things don't _quite_ line up with the sound.

I'm a fan of both Gnome and Babymetal, which you both seemed to enjoy, :)
So i might recommend "Atarashii Gakko!", a very eclectic Japanese girl group with plenty of good songs & choreographies, and a lot of fun.
