Totally agree. I can't even watch the rest of this. It's like I'm stuck in an elevator with someone who's trying to explain something really interesting to them and they'd have me hooked, but the elevator music is up too loud. Just driving me bananas.
@@InDaWilderness It's not a problem, for me, of not understanding the words--as if the music is drowning everything out--it's the hypnotic, elevator music like nature of the background music. Makes me want to take a nap and I don't want to fall asleep on it.
Even better...they should get rid of any "annoying" commentators, and their "annoying" comments. Don't you think that would be an even better proposition?
Kathleen Kenyon had a lot to say about biblical sites and few people questioned her authority. She has been proven wrong since. Very good presentation and makes more sense than a retaining wall.
The Gihon spring is puzzling to me; Supposedly Joab entered the city via the tunnel rediscovered by Wilson, yet there appears to be no sign that it was ever closed off to prevent possible later incursions...
Because it is described as part of the building developments of Jerusalem in the Bible. I encourage you to read the Bible more & you will have many questions answered & more questions come up that will increase your understanding. Here's the verse. I just Googled scripture verse with millo. Not all translations use that Hebrew word as they chose to use a very general English description for it because Christian translators & Judaism aren't always 100% sure of the precise meaning for them to draw from. Here's the text from King James version 1Ki 11:27 KJV And this was the cause that he lifted up his hand against the king: Solomon built Millo, and repaired the breaches of the city of David his father. It is apparently a structure that enhances Jerusalem. Some have thought it was an infill of retained dirt to increase the amount of land that was protected & made it harder to overcome & kept areas to defend from being separated. Blessings

Excellet video however, It's hard to focus with the chime sound in the background.
Can you turn down the background music so it doesn’t compete with the voice?
TH-cam does auto-captions that you can turn on to help.

Fascinating. Joe Uziel always seems to present interesting ideas and he doesn’t disappoint here
Please select different background music. The whole thing is unwatchable for me because the music is too hypnotic and I'm about to fall asleep.
Great presentation. But get rid of the annoying music.
I like the music.
