Might I suggest these South Asian cuisines (bursting with Flavour and Spices) 1) Nihari (basically an Indian/Pakistani beef curry that is slow cooked for hours) 2) Kerala beef roast (Kerala is a state in south india which has this semi-dry beef roast cum stew made in coconut oil) 3) Hyderabadi Chicken Biryani (I cook the best in my most humble opinion and I have references to back up this claim😅) 4) Palak Paneer (not exactly spicy but it is paneer/Indian cheese in a spinach curry) 5) Bihari Kebab and Chelo Kebab (you’ll have to search for these icons)

For the Samyang noodles, once boiled, drain away the water till 2-4 tablespoons of water are left. Mix the spice sauce and other packet ingredients. Then add 3-4 slices of cheddar cheese and simmer the pot and let them melt. Mix well. The cheese will create a wonderful creamy consistency and dilute some of the spice. The resultant noodles will be much more tastier and enjoyable to eat.
i have some tips for when cooking spicy ramen (though they aren’t traditional asian cooking methods) when you are boiling the noodles, add like half of the flavor packet so the noodles absorb that flavor and save the other half for later strain some of the water out once it’s done boiling and add some milk or cream along with whatever sauce you’d like and the rest of the flavor packet (the fattyness of the milk helps cut through the spice but keeps the flavors in there and the noodles will have flavor that the milk doesn’t effect) put the lid on the pot and bring the heat down for a couple minutes if you need to prepare bowls or veggies or egg or anything like that so it doesn’t burn but it stays hot
