She always does large quantities of vegetables at her age she is lifting full water pots many times, what an energetic lady she is..we who belong to this genaretion lost all the energy due to living urban areas away from nature too much body feeling b cas of fashion and western lifestyle our body is not agile, we lost our self for the sake of money.

THAT IS so True I am also from the Islands and that is the way we use to cook everything old school was the best no modern appliances the food was natural grown no pesticide or man made chemicals the out door fire we call wood fire and coal pot Barbecue was a Deep Hole in the Ground with coals and that was outdoor Barbecue nothing fancy and eating together was a Family Tradition my mother would do the outdoor cooking we will fetch the water and fan the Fire it was so hard work but fun.
It's true I am from the Caribbean to and when my gas runs out ...its no worries cause its outside the food going and finish cook .....it tastes better plus it's just fun making fireside to cook on....I miss doing this very much ..
This lovely woman is so patience ! It takes a lot of work to wash and cut all those vegetables with only a simple machete type knife ( held by her foot ? / or attached to the little seat that she's sitting on ? ) . No food processor and no pre-cut vegetables here. She cooks lovely but I just wish she didn't have to work so long and hard; slaving over cutting 2000 pieces of okra one by one and then the same number or less of tomatoes, peppers, onions, and garlic. This is difficult work ! She's so skilled in cutting . Watch how she cuts each piece of okra or other vegetables, dropping down the unused part and then cutting the other pieces, Gathering them and holding them in her hand before she drops them in the bowl. She is really skilled. And....She's So Clean she washed each vegetable twice in clean Clearwater, even though the vegetable kind of looked clean to begin with. Excellent work lady ! You are very patient and very skilled. 🌹❤🌺
I really Really really really enjoy this channel I especially love the way she washes her vegetables, meat, the way she carries the water and washes her hands. I love when she grinds her herbs and spices using a stone, wwwwowand!!! She make sure she cleans everything well several times before preparing and cooking either phone or her family or the entire village. It’s relaxing I literally fall asleep watching her. I’ve also learned to to watch other channels that cook for entire villages by watching this channel. I have even learned to cook more healthier using some of her spices together that I wouldn’t of never normally use together so this channel is also inspiring and a learning tool other cuisine and of the African-American cuisine’s. Can’t wait to see what’s cooking next.
