PRAISE GOD for creating dogs as companions and protectorsand such great intelligence and ability to love & be loyal. This is a great movie. These dogs searching out mines, the enemy, and dangerous territories, and fighting to the death to protect & serve right along with their partner is wonderful to see. They and the troops are great heroes lying their lives down to protect and serve. GOD bless you and i pray more will come out of this. We need these, so we can be grateful for our troops and their dogs, to understand how much they and their families need our prayers and support.

This film is amazing. It has it's flaws, but still an amazing film about the love between man and dog in a time of war. This film needs to be on DVD.
Thank you for this wonderful movie.... God bless our soldiers and their guide dogs. I got a German Shepard dog out of a nasty dog warden in Ft. Riley, Kansas and we took this dog back to Bitburg, Germany, he was the most wonderful dog I ever had.

I adopted a beautiful German Shepard two months ago. He is magnificent. His former owner was planning on dumping him. He was either in😢 kennel or on a chain. Rarely ran. She was so happy to be rid of him. I thank God every moment he's with me. My kittens even love him. His name is Fritz. And we have a wonderful life.

This movie had me on pin and neddles . I just knew rain or him were going to get killed but thank goodness neither one did . It was a very good movie and brought many memories back to me . I love my vets from that war infact from all the wars . May God bless you ⚘️🇺🇲⚘️🙏⚘️!!!!!!!

I have had German shepherd dogs who have got old and passed away and the same with my 3 cats but my wife and I didn't have any pets for years but now we have a handsome half German and half Belgian shepherd, he weighs 40kg and takes more after his dad he makes our life complete
When that little girl brought her dog to the army post I had tears well up in my eyes and rained down upon my face! It just broke my heart, her unselfishly loving her dog that much to help soldiers! ❤❤❤

There’s a lot wrong with this movie, like weapons etc, but the main thing that is right and beautiful is man’s best friend. Good movie overall. The bond between man and a dog is truly unbreakable.

I couldn't watch this movie it made me really mad that the little girl was able to send the dog over there and I just done a picture for the 4th of July about the 5,000 dogs that went to Vietnam and not a single one return they were left behind and deemed excess equipment and was left there, how sick is that! This is a movie and glad in the movie the dog made it back to the little brat, but what about the real dogs that was left behind back then 💔 Love all your movies your channel is awesome, just couldn't watch this one.

My brother died in the war and then they took our dog bc my dog had to go to war with them and i got very mad and i was heart broken
But at least at the end they gave me back my dog

This move really touched my heart. Fir all the animal that done there duty and then to be just forgot about. The friendship they must build with there handler only them for it to change. If they werevlucky,so many had shell shock and put down. It is heartbreaking looks at animals in war. Happy for the ending,🙌🏻💚🇮🇪

Military/ Police K-9’s are special animals. I’ve been watching Seal Team on Paramount, and they have a Dog on the team. They are some bad ass Soldiers/Sailors/Officers.

I luved my 2 standards white and black poodles 12 yrs we in each other lives. How they gave forgotten seniors in nursing homes precious smile when I'd bring them visiting Jojo and Tasha would both slowly put their head into a senior lap all written in my journals
For all of you who are enjoying this film, also check out a film called "Megan Leavey", starring Kate Mara. A true tale of a young lady who joined the US Marines & became the handler of an ordinance sniffing dog, serving in Afghanistan. A great film that shows how dogs truly rock!

I was in the Army in 1968. We wore our rank on or sleeves until 1970, then we were issued the black collar rank insignias. Also when PVT Holland reported to his commanding officer in the tent, the officer told him that he was no longer in 'boot camp'. In the Army, we attended Basic Combat Training. Boot Camp, respectfully, is what you attend when first entering the U.S. Navy and the United States Marine Corps. I'm trying not to allow these unprofessional writers detract from which is an otherwise great story.
When movies are so dark that you can't see what's going on, I stop watching them.

I still like to know what happened to Rain in the beginning of this movie when he was taken from the little girl and the family.. they needed Rain to help with the military because Rain is with the men in the military...

All I know is that when we got the German Shepard at the pound.. they never told us about what had happened to it in the first place before we adopted it so we thought the pound was the reason for the dog for turning out so mean and attacked

The Military is smart to always make a dog a rank higher then his handler cause if handler tries to abuse the dog that means he's abusing his ranking officer
When I was a little girl and when my family lived in New York.. we had a German Shepherd and out of nowhere it turned on us just went crazy.. so we had to get rid of it.. I remember that like it was yesterday.. and I'm now..68 Years old..
