  • Weeks 14 and 15 of training are done; 7 weeks until race day!
Training is getting harder, both physically and mentally. I haven't lost motivation, exactly, but it can be a challenge to take those first steps of a multi-digit run. This upcoming weekend, I have 18km on the calendar. The following weekend is 21.1 (half marathon distance) which I will be splitting into a double session because I'm registered for a 10k race that day.
Then it's a "deload" week and I'm looking forward to some shorter runs before gearing up for the final push to the Honda Waterfront Half Marathon.
I hope your training is going well!

Congratulations! You are amazing! I had to rest just watching you......
I have asthma. I can't imagine continuing the run without an inhaler....or even starting, for that matter!😲 My admiration knows no bounds❣❣❣

You're so kind! I don't recommend running without a puffer! I edited out a LOT of coughing. Lol
