The Borough Waterproof Small in Navy is Brompton’s new 2020 range of waterproof bags - Completely impervious to water, this simple roll top bag provides protection for all your small essentials, even in the meanest conditions.
The flexible design of this bag can be worn as a shoulder bag or a backpack, with just enough space for a day trip adventure. A zipped front pocket allows quick access for items on the go, the design of this bag has been completed with aluminium hardware for a stylish look. This bag is finished with a rubberised webbing handle, making it compatible with ALL Brompton handlebar types.

On the demonstration in backpack mode, the attachment points for the sides are placed wrong. You must attach them to the bottom loops of the bag, much like how backpacks are usually configured.

I have this bag and it’s well made and easy to open and close. The only irritating thing is that the straps and buckles make noise when you are riding. It’s not practical to detach em every time and there’s no obvious way to fix the straps so they don’t clatter against the stem
Yes I think the old school Plastic clip work the best in the real world. Very sturdy, low noise, low weight! Or maybe magnet, but the the plastic that cover magnet will deteriorate pretty quick.

Same complaint. But, I learned from this video that the rings holding the strap on are split rings. I had no clue. I don't need it, and have now removed it.

You have to leave it on the outer compartment if you want it separated from other items
Does the bike fold while the bag is attached to the carrier block ?
Correct. It will also not effect the handling of the bike since it attached to the main frame rather than the handlebar or the front fork
When i place the bag infront of the bike without the straps, the middle knot kept hitting my bike. How can i prevent it from hitting?
I don't think you can do much... maybe tape over the area of the stem that it is hitting so that it won''t damage the colour of your frame
