I think there's a good possibility the show can end with them together.

Season 1 and 2 clips give me life and make me realize how Jake is so wrong for her. In S1 and S2 at least OLITZ were talking or arguing with each other. As much as I love Jake, and I really do, and I knew I would since the second he appeared in my full series binge-watching 3-4 day last weekend (thank god I found this show) But Olivia and Fitz are my be-all, end-all. I can enjoy Jake because I haven't followed this show for years, week-to-week desperate for Olitz but they are the basis of the show for me, I wouldn't watch it without their hot, tension filled and sometimes sweet and heart-melting interaction. TFP!
I agree with you about this scene. I to can watch this over and over but, I am not a fan of Jake Ballard. I do like how he fell for Liv right under Fitz nose.
Carolyn Henderson I agree that he is a bottom feeder but he was working for Fitz way before things got hot and was asked to come between them by her dad. Remember, Fitz had Tom contact him along time ago to take photos of her when she was with Senator Davis then later had Tom contact him again after he found out about Defiance. When Jake meet with Fitz in the oval, they huge and talked about old times. This is when Jake asked him why did he switch from photos to live feed. Fitz had Tom contact Jake and when Rowan found out, that was his way in. I hope to hear back from you. Finally found a real Gladiator. Someone who catches the smallest details such as myself. P.S. We also share the same first name.

Once the eyes meet... there is no turning back... all kind of visions of encounters run through your head and you just want it to happen again...and if you want to be strong... you just turn away from those eyes... When Liv first came on as a fixer when Fitz was a Governor running for President...that was the first time their eyes met when he was trying to stop her from leaving and they just stood there looking into each others eyes... Fitz knew and Olivia knew there was something happening then and there and on the campaign trail it was the beginning of a love affair against all odds for those two...
