they are!!! i use the dual upper smith machine at the gym i go to for incline every time and man its a killer feel compared to normal smith machine incline presses!!

How much?
I was amused when I saw this commercial for Panatta appliances. It's good that I can alternatively do push-ups with elastic bands with all the advantages it implies (time, versatility, focus, costs, location flexibility).
How much we humans complicate matters!
The gym i use has all of this these panatta machine, the majority of the machine are panatta and your not going to get the same results from push ups as you would these machines
Now India and China will make same copy of those machines at only 30% cost😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅
But but but…you can only do one set to failure then go home for 4-7 days says Mike Mentzer😅.
I have reduced my workouts to 1 x a year. My stomach has never been bigger!
I am from Iran, all Panata devices are being copied in Iran
