I’ve got my CBT the end of this month and live directly off Edge Lane and watching you just cruise through it has done me the world of confidence, so thank you!
We are currently in Florida on rented Harley. Have escaped the Canadian East Coast cold for a little while. Will be doing our summer Newfoundland trip in June. Love being on bike after the winter blues. Take care.
Nice ride Faye, its always good to catch up with family I absolutely agree with you about bikes making you feeling alive. If I can’t ride for a while I get very low.
Completely agree Faye. My bike keeps me sane and clears my head, I was going stir crazy with all thew bad weather we have had. I generally go out for an hour to clear the head but it frequently turns into two or three hours.
What would we do with out our bikes 🏍, I am a happier woman having a bike, only if other woman and men would do the same, I guess others have different ways to help their mental health 😊
Great ride faye, good to catch up with the family Hope you guys are doing ok, Sending much love to you both Nothing like some wind therapy to ease the mind
Absolutely fantastic to clean the head space. Did keto ,couple years back, after chatting with sister in law who was on it,lost 10 kilo. Spain n Portugal this year for us ferry from Ireland-Bilbao then down through Spain to Porto in Portugal, then back up and the coast 😊
Hiya Faye. Great to see you out on the bike again. Planning summer holidays is a pain in the rear. I'm in the position (retired) just to jump on a plain when ever. Booked lanzarote for me 70th in February next year. And if you go on a diet girl you'll disappear 😲😲😂😂. There's nothing to you now... and one complaint no paintings at the end??😂😂😂😂😂. Stay safe me lovely x😊
Hi Frank, so lovely to hear from you. Yeah, the plans for the summer tour always change. That day, I did so much that I ran out of time 😅 to paint. it's always the case 🙃 thanks for all your support xx
Awesome travel plans, come visit us in Portugal - we are driving from London and spending a few months in Porto. I hope to get a bike in time and tow it to Portugal, let's see
Eddie We would love to bike to Portugal its one of our favourite places. We had our honeymoon in Portugal on our First GS adventure it was magic 😊 good luck with all your plans 😀
Faye the thing about riding is imo every journey feels special my big tour is 2nd week of june me and my daughter are off in an italy direction via channel tunnel part camping part b n b only booked tunnel nothing elso so we will simply head down towards the alps steady away trying to avoid the tolls so no deadlines at all
Sounds amazing yes we very rarely book places unless it's a place we know we want to visit and it's served us well although sometimes we restricted with Holidays
@@bikesandbrushes i know exactly what you mean we are going on my 1250gsa last may we went around germany and we had issues that caused us to not take our hotels which cost a fair bit so very little planning on this trip same in sept off to boston with my mate 2 weeks wandering around central us only booked flights car and first night outskirts of boston
Hi Faye, lovely to see some of my old haunts coming of the M62, where about in `Liverpool are you from? I was raised in Edge Hill just off Edge lane and then we moved to the Hunts Cross/Halewood area. I'm now retired and live on the Cambridgeshire/Norfolk border but still visit Liverpool to see family. Ride safe.
Hi, thanks for following the channel, i am born and bred in Liverpool, starting in the south Lark Lane then near Evertons ground 😀 I do have family all over Liverpool 😊 xx
Ok a couple of points.... It looked like 3 junctions on the 62 not 1 😂😂 Seriously though I think Shaun needs to fit a buzzer for your indicators...I was sweating on your ride home your light was flashing for ages. That camera as you come onto Edge lane catches loads but even worse are the traffic light speed cameras
Haha well spotted i was going to come off and go towards Halewood to tell my sister the news but ended up doing it the other way round and funny u should mention the buzzer as a company have just offered us 1 to test 😉
I was excited to find your channel! I also ride motorcycles (Indian Scout Rogue and Triumph Speedmaster) and also paint (multi-media, watercolor, pen, ink, etc). Looking forward to watching all your videos. Wish I could find women friends in my area with the same likes!
Hi, I do love the Indian bikes 🏍 I was wondering about drawing one as my next drawing 😊, it's fantastic that you have the same interest, art 🎨 is my passion. Thank you for following me ❤
Always good to see you with a Paint Brush casually lodged between your fingers, I find it fascinating and awe inspiring..., but all we got this time, was you cooking! Cooking..., the last thing I want to do, or even like doing! If dear God had wanted me to cook, then why did he invent Restaurants? Bugger, now you've made me hungry and i've got no more Crisps or HobNobs left !!!
Hahahha😂 sorry Steve ran out of time. Recording my painting can take between 1 to 3 days, depending on the content, my last painting of the snowdonia mountains was 3 days 😀. I do love cooking, and you're like Shaun he wouldn't crisps and biscuits every day than cook ... but needs must when your getting ready for a tour. Painting in the next vid I promise 😊
She's LITTLE, she's RED, she's RIDING....? Think you'll have to help me with the HOOD bit! Was also doing a bit of planing for my Summer tour yesterday, one possibility was baseing myself in La Moto and doing day trips out from there..., an idea I got from that Tinsley couple last year. I drove through Andorra many years ago, on my way down to south Spain in a 2CV with a tent, and have wanted to go back on a bike ever since, so that would also be an idea. However, I noted down the N. German coastline and it's Islands then back down through Prague. So many places to go and so little time till life catches me up... i'm retired now, so the Pennys are no longer so plentiful. I've never been one to save, have mostly used what came in for the Family and Travelling. Oh, still have not been to the Baltic countries, especially Lithuania. Have watched many a fab video about that beautiful country and it's people and history. Oh dear where shall I go.., so many choices. Write down all the ideas, and pick out the ones that catch ya eye, a day or two later... yeah, that's wot i'll do.
There are so many choices 😊 it's great that you're retired to be able to take your time, we are looking forward to having that freedom, the shackles of work still tie us down. La Moto is a gem to be based at 👍
Hi faye, great video. On the keto subject, i have just started it for the 2nd time and love it. I dont cook like you so i just had an orange for brekkie, scrambled egg with cheese for lunch and either gammon/chicken/burgers with cheese with steamed veg for tea. I was quite happy on that and lost 2st in the first month or so. I came off it for a bit and wasnt careful so went back up to 27st. Have started again this week and my aim is 18stone. At 6ft 4 i think 18 would be fine and the surgeon will replace my knees then lol. Good luck with the keto.
Hi, I hope you're well. Yeah, Keyo does work wonders when you stick to it properly, I do add vegetables as I get bored of too much meat. And I do bake keto muffins and cookies 🍪 to help the craving for sugar 😋. Good luck 👍
@@fayetinsley1580 Im good thanks faye. I agree with you that it is easy to get bored of eating too much meat, luckily im not that much of a meat lover. I do like the mediterranean mix though. Keto muffins sound nice, may try some myself. I started out this keto try at 27st 3lb and i weighed this morning and i weigh 26st 8lb. My goal is to start scuba diving again and teach my son who wants to learn.
Nice video. I was in Wallasey and Liverpool a few weeks ago. Liked the area a lot. Liverpool much more compact and convenient than what I’m used to in Sadiq Khan’s mess of a London.
🤣 sorry Faye but what’s the camera filming on your our handlebars for the first 5 mins 🤣👍🏼we are just sitting down to plan our summer tour too , exciting times as always spring is finally here, just wish it would stop bloody raining
We are going to finish off the west coast islands of Scotland this year, 2 weeks of amazing roads , scenery , ferry’s and incredible food 😁, safe to say we’ve fallen in love with the highlands ♥️

Sorry to hear about your relative. BUT - as someone who was Shamed, Shunned, Silenced, and SACKED from my career for not participating in a Jibby Jab experiment, I can't help but wonder - how many covid shots did this relative have??
Like i said i could of edited that out and no1 would be the wiser , very rarely leave it on unless I'm filming and my minds elsewhere but not left it on for a while now so it's getting better .. just trying to show the real me not an edited perfect ride which I'm definitely not capable of yet 😀
Wish I had a mum and dad to visit, seems odd even hearing that now. Great stuff Faye.
Yes Shaun is the same his parents passed before i met him so never got chance to meet them so I'm so thankful to still have my Dad

So true, I can only get to see family when I'm on 1/2 term as work takes up all of my time, thanks for watching and sharing your thoughts 😊 x

I have to totally agree with you. If your head is busy there’s nothing like a little bike ride to get your head back where it belongs.
Yeah, Barry, the bike 🏍 is like magic it clears away the worries of the day and fills you with a new outlook on life and its troubles go away 😊
Great ride faye, good to catch up with the family

Hi Faye. The Honda looks greatly great. A gorgeous little bike. 👍
Yeah, it is great, I just want to change a few things to make it different from the rest xx
Hi, just remember that viewers, like all the scenery, especially when you're in another country, I'm in newzealand, so it's all great, thanks 😊
Aww thank you just don't want it to be to mundane 😀
Stay strong and best wishes Faye, keep it up, you're doing great! 👍👍

Been to Sitges a couple of times and it is a gem of a town. No idea about what it's like on bike unfortunately.
We've been on the bikes before love it there although finding a nice place with bike parking can be tough
