      Kung may food processor po kayo pwede po na kayo na po ang maggiling ng bigas. Kaya lng po ay kailangan pinong pino po pagkakagawa nyo.. Pwede din po na pure glutinous rice flour po ang gamitin. Mas sticky nga lang din po sya.

      Hello po.. Meron po ba sa japan na malagkit na bigas? If ever po na meron at kung mayroon din po kayo food processor pwede po kayo po ang mag giling nun. Make sure lang po na pinong pino ang pagkakagiling 😊

      Hindi ko pa din po kase nasusubukan na mag substitute ng glutinous rice flour po sa ibang flour like tapioca flour or cassava flour. Baka po kase ang kalabasan po nya ay kutsinta 😊

      Dun sa 1st and 2nd layer Yes po same lang.. Pero dun sa final color po na ilalagay nyo (mixture) do the toothpick test na po adjust lang po cooking time kung hindi pa po solid ang ibabaw.

      Pwede naman po basta ilagay sa ref.. kaya lang mas ok po if same day delivery yung pagluto dahil may gata po ito. yung ibang gata ay mabilis po masira/mapanis lalo na kapag galing po ito sa palengke.. unless kayo po mismo ang magpipiga para masigurado po na malinis at tumagal po kahit papaano ang shelf life ng gata..

      Ma'am usually po ay 1 to 2 days lang po ang shelf life gawa po kase ng gata. Kung latik naman po ang gagamitin nyo na pang toppings within 24 hrs po ay dapat maconsume nyo na po dahil mabilis po umanta ang latik. Nakakaapekto po kase ito sa sarap/lasa ng sapin sapin.

    Hi tanong Lang po ..kapag po ba mga Food color at vanilla at nasisira po ba kht diilagay sa reff

      Di naman po sya basta basta masisira kahit di ilagay sa ref 😊 basta hindi po sya exposed sa direct sunlight

    Ilang niyog po yan para maging 21/2 cups ang gta niya?

      Yung nabili ko po ay 2 pcs po ng niyog. Katamtaman lamang po ang laki nya. Sumakto naman po sya sa 2 1/2 cups.

      Ingredients
      2 cups glutinous rice flour
      1 cup rice flour
      1/3 cup white sugar
      1 cup Condensed milk (any brand)
      2 1/2 cup coconut milk
      Toasted Desiccated Coconut:
      1 cup desiccated coconut
      3 tbsp white sugar
      Food coloring:
      1 tsp yellow
      1 tbsp ube halaya food flavoring (primera)

    di b po una 8 minutes tapos mga add nalang po b ko ng 2 minutes para maging 10 tama po b

      No po.. 1st layer po 8 minutes nyo po sya lulutuin, then another 10 mins po yung second layer at 14 minutes naman po sa 3rd layer.
