You can use wildcard characters, we cover how to set them up on our documentation page below! wpforms.com/docs/how-to-create-an-allowlist-denylist-for-email-addresses-in-wpforms/
good video. miss the way to deny any noreply@x email (any user name containing noreply) or how to combine recaptcha with a Q/R check field of the 4th method. I wish to suspend / put on hold my contact form for some period with some automatic message such as site in maintenance sorry or whatever is there a module for that ?
If I want to change from the Google recaptcha to the hcaptcha do I just follow the simple steps or is there a deactivation step I need to take before I hop to the next
There is an option to disable recaptcha in our options themselves. If you run into any issues or have any questions please reach out to us using our contact form below: wpforms.com/contact
You would want to set up form notifications following our guide below: wpforms.com/docs/setup-form-notification-wpforms/ We would also recommend setting up SMTP to ensure your emails are delivered using our article below: wpforms.com/docs/how-to-set-up-smtp-using-the-wp-mail-smtp-plugin/
Poorly coded plugins slow down your site, most plugins would have a minimal effect, the same as if you manually coded their action. For more on how many plugins to install, you would want to take a look at this article from WPBeginner: www.wpbeginner.com/opinion/how-many-wordpress-plugins-should-you-install-on-your-site/
Problem is when a new site is launched and uses wp form you get some 5-10 emails a day from the "best SEO" wanting to provide a service. So basically human but pretty annoying
That is less from us directly and more for people who scrape new website registrations and sadly there is only so much that can be done about manual messages that you don't want to receive
My License Key is already filled in (*****************) but when I click 'Verify Key' it sends me to WPForms website to upgrade. Is this for people who have WPForms Premium?
You should still be able to use the CAPTCHA, please reach out to us using our contact form below for us to take a look and assist: wpforms.com/contact/

I've heard that every plugin you install slows your website down. Are there any other methods without having (yet another) plugin?

Which is the best between hCaptcha and reCaptcha
That would be a personal preference question at the moment.
