Is it the same hack squat tho? Because like leg press, they’re all absolutely different. I do 100kg at one location and 220kg at a different one, and that’s a crazy difference for the same movement. A little inclination or change in the pulley system makes a huge difference

12:40 - good point. If you cant do a movement with 100% rom and only have say 80 or even 60% comfortably, dont throw it away. Do the 80 or 60.

How the hell are they doing 3 plates. With the size of their legs they should easily rep 7-8 plates on each side. 3 plates should be a warm up.
