"Death begins your forever fable" "You've spun my tale, i remember!" I have a theory, what if all the death gods used to be mortals that died and got turned into gods by Mask Mother by spreading their tale?
I LOVED this expansion so much when it came up. We saw riot call them a spirit god not death itself a several times before that, and with those cards we got to know so much more.
I wonder, Mask mother is part (or at least) inpired by The Watchert? One eye with with horns, blue mask as them heads. Other question, is she the counterpart of the reaper of the reapers? "I'm the last, and i'm the first" could make me think that or she wear that mark and create the other last in the original "crew of mask".
