2x2 UWR (0.01 Seconds!) FIRST Ever Zero Move Scramble!

As far as I have researched, this is the first documented proof of a 0 move 2x2x2 WCA random state scramble. In this video I go over a brief history of Rubik's Cube scrambling programs go over my unofficial world record. My time of 0.017 is the fastest possible time without rounding to 0 seconds, so its likely my record will never be beaten! I recognize that this is mostly due to luck that I have this ridiculously fast time, but if you watch till the end I describe why this should count as an official time. it’s not a legal scramble. for 2x2 the move count has to be above 4
