Money, that's why. No matter what people say, developing games is still a business, they have to look at the pros and cons and make choices that will benefit their company.
Realtime Worlds studios is based down the street from me :| How.. unbelievably.. exciting. Ah who am I kidding, I love knowing that a game I play regularly was partly developed so close (:
Well yeah that is understandable, although you are somehow able to jump about 50ft through the air so idk why it wouldnt be possible, plus, you could get around a little quicker i think. Also, who doesnt want a game with some sort of wall sprint or acrobatics?
Part 2 of this video is coming soon. It was 2 long for youtube and at this moment i'm splitting it up in 2 parts. So there will be a part 2 and 3 ASAP. Stay tuned!
Whatever happened to leveling up each skill individually? I really liked that, it was great working on different areas to become more familiar with the game. I hope Keys to the City is brought back, too.
Umm i dont understand the whole Crackdown 2 owns inFAMOUS, the two are almost nothing alike, but it does look like a great game, i just think they could have done a little more with jumping around. A little wall sprinting or something similar to that wouldnt hurt would it?
Please bring back the auto lock-on from Crackdown 1 for the Campaign....You can keep it out of the multiplayer versus matches, but I beg of you that it be put back in for Campaign. I suck at aiming on consoles.
Didn't you find Prototype a little boring? :/ It's fun and all running around cutting everything up for a while, but once you complete it (and even before that) it just seemed so 'some old' to me. Every street looks the same.
I have been to about 16 of these vids watched them thought they looked awesome then went in to comments section and there is ALWAYS someone trolling about prototype or ps3. Stop trolling, god don't you people have better things to do?

@coopkiller123 No, the "freaks" were in the first game, locked up in one of the Shai-Gen buildings I think.
Don't say that until you've played Crackdown 2. You can't just judge a book by its cover.
@EtMikkie
NICE ! Knock on the door, say hello and ask about how far they are (every day^^).
Loved the first one will love the second one for sure!

kttc pwns u can spend hours on that one mode alone and all the dlcs are worth getting. but this is going to have 4x more stuff than the first one.
They turned Crackdown into GTA 4 meets Prototype.

They added zombies and a horde mode to Borderlands and it made it better. Try it before you hate it
i hope that with the 40% they have left to do on this game, they make the agent faster and jump higher or at least give us keys to the city =)
yea cause he got knocked down, he did a demo only invisibility so he could have a smooth demo

@highlylo couldn't say it any better the creatures came from Dr. Baltazar Chenenko from the Shai Gen in the first one
Wow, I loved the first Crackdown, but this one just... I don't know... doesn't look fun.
Keys to the City will make a return.
@SnipaFox
Ya and thats cause those monsters come from crackdown 1 when you kill the shaigen doctor dude they escape from the factory
Umm i dont understand

omg i want this game i love the first one

I hope there is a taller building than the agency building.
did he make himself invincible cus there was pretty much no hit detection there, if he didnt that wouldnt be very flattering for the game
Good luck with that, it's out next year.
cant wait (:
it's a real turnoff for me that there are monsters or zombies....oh well.
this game is gunna be bat shit crazy on 4 player co-op
All messages with bad language will be removed.
Please behave :) Thank you.
Prototype was Crackdown meets GTA 4
i hope you have the option of making cops follow you, or somthing to call in back up too.
i hope they dont make it like the first one where the people just shot you for no reason
Didn't you find Prototype a little boring? :/ It's fun and all running around cutting everything up for a while, but once you complete it (and even before that) it just seemed so 'some old' to me. Every street looks the same.
Its a demo they showed off at TGS
@ryushahkola yeah...that'd be great....probably won't happen unfortuantly.
Was Crackdown 1 cell shaded? I only played the demo so I don't know.
omg have you played the first crackdown xD
@highlylo Umm about the hulk that was out in the 80's or something like that so you were wrong there
So then why say that the first game was better when you haven't even played the second game?
The second game looks a lot better quite frankly.

Yup..
I hope we can drop the guns and just go in and use our fists
I WANT THIS
why is there still a console war... why not put all games on both consoles and done! those consoles were made by the same constructor...
play it before you hate it.
I have been to about 16 of these vids watched them thought they looked awesome then went in to comments section and there is ALWAYS someone trolling about prototype or ps3. Stop trolling, god don't you people have better things to do?
@beardlesschaza nou je zet tien stappen naar voren dan 4 stappen terug, dan 27 stappen naar links en dan ben je er.
how do we know its coming in may?
You know, if you're gonna post a demo, why not - you know - actually play the game so we can see if it's worth playing?
esa arma me hace acordar a sector 9
How can you have played Crackdown 2? You have not played the full game.
I just realised that at the end dickweed!
@cryodynamite ok well next time be clear and I said I agree with you
wtf are u talking about crackdown 2 is official
watch now play later" lol
this reminds me of like a cheap version of prototype....
@slifergold yea they look worse than the first game for some reason.
freaks not zombies.
@tinylittlesoldier 5/1/2010
Is there offline co ops???
not zombies.. mutans
not that ive seen
It looks exactly the same as the first to me. Total disappointment.
snipafox

@highlylo bioshock fail
Graphics looks like shit!
@highlylo to be truthful the idea of hulk is so old it was made before you were born unlesss you are older than 50
