Hi, I personally use 350 for all surfaces on the RSF launcher because having a lower value causes too much jittering on low traction for my taste. I set my in-game settings to max force feedback and my steering wheel software to 100%. For the steering lock angle I just enable the "Adjust steering wheel range per car" setting which uses the same angle as the car would have in real-life. Hope it helps.
