Hi Richard, You can combined the Achedaway cupper with traditional glass cups too. The main difference is that the Achedaway will provide infrared too, and provided a 'suction / release' programme, so it alternates lift of the tissue, whereas the glass cups provide a constant lift. I often combine use of the Achedaway with vacuum cups during a treatment, especially over strong trigger points or areas of tension. Hope this helps

The AchedAway cupper is used for static treatment and not sliding or movement techniques.
