Thanks folks, I enjoyed this immensely. Wedgetail bristling with sensors/links and looking like it means business, maybe they should carry some defensive capabilities ? Sukhoi... such a beautiful design. And the high G manoeuvres were awesome.
I miss flying, Army technology observer YO-3A and OV-1 A model Mohawk . Total for both aircraft over 2000 hours in the YO-3A over 1300 combat time only . Vietnam only. Mohawk combat 900 hours states another 800hours.
Awesome Video Sirs, A Reminder to us Australians in the General Public of Just How Good the Australian Fly Boys Actually Are & How lucky we are to Have them in our Front Line of Defence... I dare say other World Forces would say the Same... Keep On Rocking Sirs......
I want to see an F-35 engine in the Super Hornet. It will never happen, but imagine the thrust-to-weight ratio; it would be insane! It would be about ~1.30 at max takeoff weight.
I would have loved to have been a fighter pilot. If only I wasn't undisciplined, without any eye / hand coordination and suffering from terrible motion sickness.
Sorry but the Hornet was a great buy. Viper didn't have a bvr missile at the time and also couldn't carry the harpoon. Hornet had a better radar. Classic Hornet in RAAF service was fantastic, pilots loved them and were reliable and easy to maintain.
A amazing footage, so so Proud of my Grandson who was in this video.
Absolutely you should. Wonderful!
Thank you for the amazing footage. My father was a comms tech in the RAAF in ww2, I'm very proud of his service and proud of you guys today.
that raptor at 1:52 is giving all the final boss vibes, best looking Jet in my opinion.
I almost thought it was an f35 and then looked again and thought holy fuck that’s an f22
Thank you for doing the fun work and practice for the real thing.❤
Awesome video, thanks RAAF!
Best dashcam footage
Ever
Great formation flying!❤😊
Mark my words, I will be up there, maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow, but I will.
That's cool.
Me too I’m going to fight to make sure I fly fast jets
Same here mate🇦🇺 How many years to go?
@@FA-18Fguy I’m heading in next year

Pretty cool aircraft museum in Darwin, if your ever up there and into planes.
You defence force lads are heap rough on the gear compared to commercial pilots! Love it!
Oh man! The F18 Hornet Damn this just reminds of the classic hornet🤟
Thanks for sharing

So awesome ❤
And girl power!
Yeah, I thought I saw a pilot with a beard behind the O2 mask.
That looks like I think her name is Emma, there’s a couple other recruiting videos about her becoming a fast jet pilot

My Respect😊😊😊
Do they drop bombs and blow stuff up on this exercise or do they just stooge around the sky admiring each others aeroplanes?
Whats the Aircraft at 8:40 all about?
Isn't this the same pilot who got Flanker on his six last time?
It seems that the world air force is joining forces to fight the aliens.🤯
Where is the su-30 you had on your wing the last time?😂😂

I'm in DCS
Need F 16's
There the best, Australia was a bit silly about not buying them.

Too bad we don’t have a fixed wing RAN FAA ….. now that would be something to see…
Where are money bankcards ? fireinthehole
Wow,a beard under that oxygen mask.I would expect nothing less from a country that started as a penal colony.🧙♂️
Yes RAAF standards have dropped drastically in the past 35 years. Beards/facial hair is now accepted. Just must be groomed.
