New sub here and enjoyed your old world charm style creativity. The story of the hotel check in desk, keys and if course the vintage oil lamp and how your loving husband scored them for you! I too love history and old photos as well. I've found a few black and white pictures recently while walking my little dog Joey!😊 The tablescape is perfect ... Tarnished silver chargers, wine glasses, spooky moss and of course skeleton bones.... Love your attention to detail making the table come to life...mm Greetings from Buffalo NY.. looking forward to seeing you again soon.
This is just spooktacular! I love the hotel check in and your table setting! Everything looks amazing and so beautifully detailed. I love the look of the Spanish moss throughout.
Love the beautiful lamp wire. Glad to see you enjoy big fun during the Halloween. Thank you for sharing the idea, dear Sister. Nice to join you, too starts today. Wiseman.
Hey Jen! What a fun video. You reminded me that we had an oil lamp. I wonder if we still have it. My husband tends to tuck that sort of think away to prep. I’ll need to ask him. What a good idea to use them as decorations. See you!
Everything looked so eerily elegant. Loved your ideas; especially since I have a lot of similar items that you used to decorate your dining area. Thanks for sharing your lovely; spooky home with us. Have a Happy Halloween! 😊
The goblets!!!! I'm obsessed! You gotta add a few bones. Haha. I need to start drinking wine - just saying! Spooktackular but I expected nothing less!!! I just want to come over for a spooky dinner!! ; ) happy haunting jen!
Love the hotel idea. You’re decorations are delightfully spooky. I most definitely like the Spanish moss but I would either buy it already treated in the package or boil it then let it dry. It is known to have red bugs or chiggers.
Hi Cynthia, thanks so much. Someone else mentioned that to me. I am grateful for the advice because I didn't know that, I am thankful that I was lucky nothing was in them but I won't be trying this next year, I'll either buy it or be sure to clean it. I appreciate your comments friend! Thank you
Everything looks spoocktacular. Be careful with the Spanish moss. I heard it can have chiggers. I'm done decorating this year but love the hotel idea for next year.
You did an amazing job at decorating! Now, just one suggestion for next year. But you don't have to. Get multiple old keys. Like 3 or 4. And add a tassel. Hang them on the s8des of the mirror. And have a sign in book. Have your friends leave fun messages. Anyway, I thought that would be cool.
Let's have some spooky fun today! Happy Halloween decorating friends!
So many hilariously fun ideas here! New fan!🎉
Thanks!! Glad to meet you
