    Do you know how much glycogen we need for optimal HIT workouts?
    Is the amount made by the liver from fats not enough? Would 20g carbs per day be enough?
    For those not metabolically 100% healthy (pre-diabetic etc and me being one of them now) Carbs make me tired and with brain fog!
    My brain feels better on ketones and I don't get so tired during the day when in ketosis. MT.

      I would say 20g of carbs per day would be way too low. For maximum performance I would recommend at least 50% of your calories coming from carbs 👍
