Southern Italy offers so much. from the oldest Greek temples in Europe to the largest 1700 palace in Europe. and of course the cities of art and food. visiting southern Italy is essential for anyone interested in history and culture. I say this as a northern Italian
Ostuni-Gallipoli-Monopoli-Polignano a Mare-Fasano-Lecce-Brindisi is my favourite triangle in puglia. Beautiful beaches, great food and drinks all provided by people that know how to live very close to heaven, while still connected to their home soil. Please remember that summer-life there begins "at dusk" and summer-work starts long before dawn.
Went on a tour of Italy when I was serving in Germany. The farther we moved south, the more devastatingly gorgeous and voluptuous the green eyed women were. Paradise.
A taste or the beautiful south! I did forget Sardinia actually. Capri late September (is the one folks) But it’s only fair that I toddle off to the north this year so stay tuned for that one! I'm an italian tour guide. You'll be amazed to know how many more beutiful and often even reacher with history, art, architectures etc etc places we have! You, as well as this videos ... are mentioning touristic places... and unfortunately that's how it works with mass tourism! If I present you an itinerary with unkown places for the mass... but much better under every aspect... you won't buy it!!!
I live in Europe and travel all over, so I really enjoy your video for tips on places to go. It would be so great if you could add a graphic of a small map or something to pinpoint the locations you're talking about. This would make your videos so much more useful. Just a suggestion 😊
Love those pretty hilltop towns. However as far as visiting them - they are fascinating, but all look very much alike - I've watched many videos of these towns, and think I would feel I had been there before whichever one I actually went to in real life ! The French towns tend to be full of flowers and look wonderful, these not quite so much - maybe that's something the tourist board can encourage - nothing like geraniums everywhere for a welcoming feeling - they always enahance the rough white or creamy stonework of these old places ! Thank you for your video !
Was in Puglia(Ostuni,Alberobello,Matera,Lecce & back in Ostuni 💕🥰) for my bday week all the way til a day before new Year's Eve Beautiful unique experience
I've been to Puglia too - my nephew rented an old country 'Masseria' (which are the ancient holiday homes for the wealthy townspeople of the 17th & 18th centuries !) Very interesting.
I much appreciate that you are showing old villages and not so crowded

Haven’t yet been to Italy and would prefer those places that are not so touristy or busy.

Great video but the music overpowers your voice. A little hard to hear. But thank you
can you get to these towns via train and bus? or would it be best to rent a car.
I would also add a small village of Labro in Umbria
