bio-oil is ok, I just didn't like some of the ingredients. The essential oils/extracts are great though. I chose the natural version of bio-oil instead which is rosehip oil. I watched a yt video about this years ago, which is how I found out about rosehip.
Putting the oil on your face and wiping it off with a wet rag (instead of face wash) will get rid of your acne.
My dermatologist suggested I use this for the cat scratches on my arm obtained when they were kittens a year ago

Mam I hv many small dark marks all over on my hands and legs due to mosquito bites so can i use bio oil? Pls reply... I can't wear sleeveless tops or any shorts for this marks
Yes you can use bio oil , I suggest you exfoliate twice a week , use a body wash with Niacinamide and then apply the bio oil after or rose hip seed oil
