Trout Fishing Georgia's Wildcat Creek

The North Georgia Mountains are littered with trout streams. However, due to its proximity to the Burton Trout Hatchery, and the fact that it's stocked weekly by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources, Wildcat Creek remains a favorite to trout anglers across the state. Armed with Pautzke Natural Deluxe, Silver Label, Chartreuse Garlic and Pink Shrimp salmon eggs we spent a few midday hours here to film this episode of Pautzke Outdoors and caught trout on almost every cast.

Go to Moccasin Creek you can bass fish in the lake you can actually stand on their bridge and watch the huge bass swim up it into the creek to eat the trout lol

you promote all of your bait by fishing on stocking days. of course you're going to catch on every cast, the fish are new to the water and dumb. i'll stick to flies and fish on a day that i have a challenge.
