    • @sierushest1991
      @sierushest1991 4 ปีที่แล้ว +81

      That is how she retains length. She does this one hairstyle because it protects her hair therefore it is able to grow longer. Now you shouldn’t be lost or surprised why her hair is long.

    So basically you don't need wigs, weaves, or crochet braids to grow and protect your hair?! I'm guilty of thinking that that's the only way that my hair can grow. I have high porosity hair and shea butter is one of the ONLY things that holds moisture in my hair. I feel like I can't live without it now. I mix mine with coconut oil and form a cream. I'm trying to grow and protect my hair but I do suffer from Iron Deficiency Anemia which causes hair shedding but I get tired of wearing wigs to protect my hair! I think this video shows that you can grow and protect your hair without those things. Beautiful woman with beautiful long hair!☺🌺🌹🌷

    • @Sparkle-ey7iw
      @Sparkle-ey7iw 3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Wigs made my hair line thin from the wig caps and friction from the wig shifting it’s best to grow it naturally braids can be too tight and also wigs can smother your hair follicles

    • @princessniamarie8024
      @princessniamarie8024 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Sparkle-ey7iw Wow!😳 I didn't think about the hair follicles part. I think if I keep it moisturized and do low manipulation styles like wearing a bun that should help with growth. I may start just cowashing for moisture too. I've also started doing oil scalp massages with a bit of peppermint oil💆I don't think that wigs are absolutely necessary for growth.

I'm still open minded but as soon as you make me feel some type of way you're cut off. I have associates, I don't need friends. I definitely relate. • @its_tru
      @its_tru 4 ปีที่แล้ว +62

      I mean yeah but why minimize her tips though?? Without saying too much she demonstrates being gentle with her hair, she moisturizes, does only two braids (low manipulation), reinforces moisture, tucks her ends and presumably leaves her hair alone after that.

    • @briannarichardson1596
      @briannarichardson1596 4 ปีที่แล้ว +12

      It's_ tru Righttt! I agreee. I think most people can’t retain length because they just ripping through their hair and not paying attention to their ends ... retaining length means preserving as much of the hair that’s already on your head at the present time. And a lot of people don’t get that
