He doesn't scale with magic anymore, his skills now scale with Physical attack so you can use fighter emblem for spellvamp, you also don't need mana anymore so basic emblem is not good for him

He doesn't scale with magic anymore. You are right but he is now a hybrid fighter. His passive and 2nd skill is magic damage while his ultimate and first which is main skill damage dealer is now physical. You are right that his build is now physical damage. For me, the best emblem for him is the support emblem or fighter emblem. Additionally, his passive and ultimate is hp-based.
