Where are you from?
Your university can give you a document called proof of English to show that your degree was in English. A lot of European schools accept that instead of IELTS

Have you considered seeking scholarship for masters or you can go directly for Ph.D is which is always fully funded - meaning you don't have to pay for anything.
@@johnsonajayi7846 yea 5 years PhD, its like combined masters and PhD. It's very good but how often do people eon the scholarship? I heard it's difficult because you have to send cold emails to as many profs as possible and some other things, o got discouraged massively. So many info on internet, you hear some and lose hope totally. Thank God for few positive speakers on TH-cam.

You must have been admitted to a college or university.
You must take the education full time.
You must have enough money to live on. This means at least
123,519 kroner a year
. This sum can be student loans, scholarships, own money in an account in a Norwegian bank or in the campus' deposit account or a combination of these. If you already have an offer of a part-time job in Norway, the income from the job can be counted on. (If you do not have a bank account in Norway, you can use your university's bank account. You must contact your university with questions about this scheme.)
If you are going to pay tuition fees, you must also have money to pay this.
You must have a place to stay.
The conditions in your home country must be such that it is likely that you can return there when you have finished your studies.
NB! Due to the conditions in your home country, it can be difficult for applicants from your country to obtain a residence permit to study at a lower level than the master's level. We will always consider whether there is something special about your situation that allows you to obtain a residence permit even if you are going to study at a lower level.
Requirements for the study
The place of study must be on NOKUT's list of approved (accredited) universities, colleges or scientific colleges (external website).
Rights and obligations for those who receive a study permit
You can not have your own sole proprietorship or be self-employed
If you get a study permit, you automatically also get a permit to work 20 hours per week alongside your studies and full-time during the holidays.
Your spouse or cohabitant and your children can usually apply to live with you in Norway. If your family members apply at the same time as you, you will receive answers to your applications at the same time.
The time you have this residence permit does not count if you later apply for a permanent residence permit.

VFS is usually the place to apply for Norwegian visa from Nigeria. Norway processes visas for Nigerians in Ghana. I have been to your school in Stavanger during my visit in 2019. I usually visit for seminars and conferences. Norway is a very good country. Most of the citizens can speak English. You are very much on track...keep it up. The problem most Nigerians who want to come to Norway for education face is the inability to raise the over 5 million Naira living expenses which one deposits into a stipulated account prior to visa application and coming over to Norway. That money was not there in the early 90s and 2000....It was a policy that came up as a way of deterring unserious folks who want to enter the country and do as they like. So, I will like to see you shoot a video on how Nigerians can overcome that hurdle of living expenses...are there bodies that can sponsor that? How did you do yours? All the best in your channel.

The information was straight forward. Norway is a very good country with a very high standard of living. Education is also top notch here.
But expensive to go to school too if your not on a scholarship. I pay 2670 pounds in semester fee a year now. In Oslo. 😊
