You need to replace what you have in bed. There is no one in Norway who has a "blanket" or something that is so thin over you at night. You need to buy a down duvet or a thermo duvet - which breathes and which you can use summer or winter. Then you can lower the night temperature by 5 degrees.
That heat sucker thing, so that's what it's used for sef😂

It depends on the option you pick. There are some rooms where you share bathrooms and kitchen together and some rooms which may be expensively where you have bathroom and kitchen alone for you shared with no one.
