What is your recommendation for someone with the gear already and some experience. I have difficulty figuring out the most time effective way to get better lap times. I watch a lot of videos and have somewhat naturally plateaued to my current skill/ training level. How do you as someone who is experienced figure out "I must practice, entry on chicanes" or something to that effect?
