Hi mate great video just ordered this bike but got a mini with the same roof rack as yours. Can you tell me what extra strapping etc you used to secure it on the rack, also did you remove the battery for transport? Cheers
Ross Mattinson - Hi Ross, I would travel far with it on top without extra clamps. I used my D lock around the upper clamp which fit perfect. You can take the battery out which helps with sideways movement due to the extra weight. Enjoy dude, it’s a great bike 👌🏼
I'm surprised the bike shop let you load their 22.5kg bike on your bike carrier that's only rated to 20kg. I have the same carrier, not sure I'd risk putting an $8000AUD bike in it.

Ross Mattinson - just ensure there is no movement and you shouldn’t have an issue. If in doubt change for a different style bike rack 👍🏼

McNulty030 - it was great fun but yes, ebikes are still at the pricey end of the scale... hopefully that will change in a few years 🤞🏼
How did u picked it up to put it on ur roof racks? It's 22kg, did it take 2 people?
