Brief review after reaching ch 86: So... this one isn't really to my preferences. Mainly because MC is literally an indifferent AI. The whole premise of the story is that anybody with any kind of emotional attachment ends up dead. All characters have nearly zero humanity. Everything is transactional. Everyone who is not powerful is treated as lesser beings and are always wrong. You, the reader, are simply observing animals or AI fight and consume for some kind of dominance. Basically there are no likeable characters left and I aint here for it. If you want something with a little more humanity, try the Strom King (also on audioflux's channel).
@@cotymanery A well-timed comment. It's been half a year since I last caught up. It's time to revisit the Storm King and... probably Gamer Reborn (Keleros). A surprisingly good story, despite the title. Hope you find some good stuff to listen to!
Basically the majors are supervisors first. Read out all the week. Bottom feeders and second basically have them adjust to the magical energies. That would be the mage continent, which I'm assuming they're probably going to kill them if they don't adjust to him. Combat forces the sense of urgency to adapt in order to survive, so it's the most efficient method of achieving this
