    Amazing as ever! Is avocado oil better than grapeseed oil?

      Thank you! Yes, avocado oil is my preferred choice for most of my recipes. It is nutritionally dense and I can easily find cold pressed options in my local supermarket. It has a very high smoke point too, which makes it ideal for cooking.

    Looks fantastic, any substitution for the parmesan ? Also, mine stuck to the parchment paper. Any ideas why ?

      Thanks! Parmesan can be substituted with Pecorino Romano or Grana Padano.
      Wow, I've never had anything stick to parchment paper. Did you maybe use wax paper instead? (That shouldn't be used while heating). Can't think of any other reason why it would stick to parchment!
