Hi...this recipe looks delicious.. i have one query...how much is 1 cup of cream cheese in grams. The internet at one place says 120gm and the other place it is mentioned 224gm. Kindly help

why would you put orange topping as supposed to guava? Why not stick to the fruit youre making? It didn't make sense ! It had me until i saw the topping! Kind of threw me off!
Because it is guava + blood orange cheesecake and those flavors go really well together (it’s in the title of the video). Don’t knock it until you’ve tried it ❤️

I must try this...I have never made a cheesecake in my life. I checked out the whole video and looked at all that is needed in your line up I got everything except the cake collar. They come in different sizes😗 which size should I get?

Can i use caramelized sugar syrup?
I’ve never tried using caramelized sugar syrup so I can’t say for sure. It might make the batter too runny, so it might bake differently.

Can you please tell me how you've melted the agar agar powder. I've bloomed 7gAgar : 50ml water for 10 mins and then tried melting the mixture in a double boiler low flame, it just turned hard, I again tried a fresh batch in the microwave this too failed, no matter what variation I try, I've tried all brands such as Purix , Meron almost everything, they always become hard and don't melt. What am I doing wrong ?
I think you might be using too little water for that much agar agar. I used 1/2 cup (120ml) water in the recipe to melt the agar agar and I’ve never had an issue. If you can consume gelatin, that might be a good option to try out because it is a lot less finicky than agar agar.
