Shhh. This is a hidden gem. The outer richmond from 35th ave to the beach has a small town vibe because it's quiet and laid back.

Stanley Park in Vancouver goes right along the water
As regards to Ocean Beach, the riptides out there are ferocious. Don't go wading there, and don't turn your back on the beach. You don't want to make an unplanned trip to Monterey via ocean currents. (Surfers are aware of the risks and mostly known how to mitigate them.) Emergency vehicles are called out there all the time to rescue people, and sometimes they fail. Baker beach and China Beach are also unsafe for swimming. In addition, set up your phone to receive emergency alerts for various hazards which occur frequently, including rarely tidal waves, and heed them.
Totally agree. I personally feel the ocean is to be seen and not touched. I'm scared of it. I know people, including Lauren's husband love to surf and I think it's different if you are a strong swimmer with a good understanding but I do not let my kids play near the water.
Wow the beach view from your balcony is like you have a vacation home in Santa Cruz or a beach town in SoCal. At least on a sunny day in your video, it's really like that.
Also, it's so nice of you that you would like to actually show your own house. Not just privacy, but it's also a lot of work of cleaning and organizing everything to be able to put on a video, especially you have a kid. I mean is a bit way too organized, like a ready-to-go AirBnB. lol

Hello I just found your video on TH-cam and wanted to say hello. My name is Steve I’m currently living in Sonoma County, Northern California, and I am very interested in moving to San Pancho or San Francisco as you’re calling it I will watch your video and save it, but certainly would appreciate any additional information on finding rentals long-term rentals from you. I am a single adult male in my 60s so I don’t need very much just affordable clean and quiet preferred of course is close to the beaches I could get. Steve

@ hello, thanks for the reply. I thought you were talking about San poncho Mexico, which is also called San Francisco, and where I am interested in living. I grew up on the peninsula, San Mateo, and have friends in San Francisco so I know the area well and actually live in Sonoma County just a couple of hours north of San Francisco. You’re probably paying a king’s ransom for a place in outer Richmond. Yet and still, you have to endure an eye sore of graffiti as you make your way down the steps to the beach. Ain’t no way…
